Spanish PPC Manager, c. to £45k, London, Tech start-up

London is booming with awesome hyper growth brands and this is a leading player in their field. They have received multi-million Series C investment by some of the biggest and well known VC's in Europe. They have established the business in the UK and German markets and have plans to expand into both France and Spain this year. Due to this they have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish native speaking PPC Manager to join the team in Central London.

As Spanish Paid Search Manager you will work within a class act Performance Marketing division and have responsibility for the day-to-day growth & optimisation of their Paid Search activity in Spain, analysing data, running tests, collaborating on projects and identifying areas for improvement. You will have responsibility for the digital marketing of a brand new market for this business as well as the opportunity to really make an impact from day one.

Some of your duties will include;
- Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across Google and Bing including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review and daily optimisation of paid search campaigns for their Spanish speaking market
- Implement short and long-term international digital acquisition roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase sign ups, revenue and margin - with a focus on customer lifetime value and user growth
- Ownership of bespoke projects, in particular planning, implementing and analysing their initial digital marketing launch into Spain
- Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis

They background and skills required from you include;
- Ideally 2+ years' hands on PPC experience and a proven track record in running successful search campaigns, ideally in an in-house environment
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Highly analytical and target driven with a proven track-record of building, scaling and optimising PPC campaigns to deliver qualified traffic
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Curiosity and drive to understand consumer behaviour
- Highly motivated, personable with a friendly attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business including senior stakeholders
- Be constantly looking for ways to improve
