My client is a leading insurance broker, voted Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for. They have doubled in size in the last 12 months and expected to grow by a further 50% next year. The marketing department are crucial to growing the business and my client has created a fantastic environment for marketing specialists to have a successful and rewarding career. This is a great opportunity for a digital marketing executive that has some knowledge of PPC to specialise in this area.
This role is quite different as my client is a hybrid between internal/agency. You will be part of a wider business but have the luxury of working within a small team that run independently, which makes this a niche position. You will have the opportunity to work across different verticals within the insurance industry such as life insurance, PMI and funeral plans but also outsource PPC campaigns for major players within the insurance industry.
You will have 3 key areas to focus on:
Deliver lead requirements across a few verticals, offering you variety in your role! Work with large brands and support on marketing campaigns, focusing on PPC Generate lead to sell on to 3rd party brokers
You will have a large PPC budget, a supportive team and all the autonomy you could want/ need in order to progress your PPC career. Reporting into the head of marketing, you will work alongside two other PPC managers and join at a time of rapid growth. You will also be part of a new venture as my client is soon to be developing new products for their customers.
You will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £40k, depending on experience plus a bonus, flexible working environment, private healthcare, monthly incentives and free onsite parking. Experience needed in all aspects of paid media including Google AdWords, Bing, Display, Programmatic and Social PPC.
