I'm working with a fantastic lifestyle brand based in Central London that are looking for a Head of CRM to join their team. You'll be part of a rapidly growing company, join a very talented team and work within a huge, open plan office which has something for everyone.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years experience as a 'Head of' or someone that is now ready to make the jump to a head of position. Ideally, you will have experience of working with a start up company or have worked within the retail sector.
Develop and continuously improve our CRM strategy, maintaining the highest standards of flawless execution in our award winning team
Drive value through segmentation and penalisation
Develop and execute a loyalty scheme
Maintain and drive the web promotion plan meeting to meet sales and margin Liaise with the wider marketing team (Brand, Country Management, Acquisition and eCommerce) to establish priorities and maximise returns
Create value through insight in the various reporting tools
Provide in depth reporting to demonstrate success
Drive sales through the market place channel
You must have experience with:
An impressive background in eCommerce, with at least 5 years working in CRM Demonstrable history of driving sales growth through application of RFM analysis
Strong leadership and mentoring experience
Experience of running email marketing team
Genuine commercial experience
Experience in fast growth environment
Cross cultural sensitivity
