Digital Marketing Manager (SEO background), c. to £60k, SW London, Fast Growth Company

My client was one of the UK's 100 most exciting, fast growth companies in 2016 and their operating model is similar to Uber within their sector. To date their growth has been mainly B2B, however after a recent rebrand and the launch of a fully ecommerce website, they are keen to develop their consumer business. Due to this they now have a very exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with a broad background, spanning multiple channels. The company is located close to Putney in SW London. This role would be ideal for an SEO Manager who is looking to broaden out.

Working in a high growth brand, headcount is lean, and being the first hire within Digital Marketing it requires a talented, data driven candidate who is happy to 'roll up their sleeves' and get stuck in with campaigns whilst looking at the overall strategy.

They are in the process of on-boarding 3rd party agency support which will cover SEO, CRO, and PR. Candidates will ideally have a mixture of agency and in-house experience and have strong broad Digital Marketing knowledge, although if to focus in any particular area, this would be within SEO & CRO.

Focus areas include:
- Increase web traffic through SEO/ SEM, online partnerships, affiliates, email, remarketing campaigns, and social media
- Improve B2C booking conversion rates by analysing click through, conversion and bounce rates and recommending CRO site improvements
- Working with in-house and external developers to implement changes required to deliver improvements in traffic and conversion
- Manage our social media
- Manage digital PR and link outreach
- Work with third party specialist service providers, including SEO, CRO and PR agencies

Requirements
- Analytical, data driven and very proficient in Excel
- Solid 3+ years' experience post-graduation in Digital Marketing (leading agency or in-house)
- In depth, first hand understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email, social media marketing
- Background of multivariate and A/B testing, optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Creative and constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to use digital marketing
